Commissioning And Acceptance Of New Machines As Per Agreed Time Line
Commissioning And Acceptance Of New Utilities (Electrical Panels ,Ups, Cooling Tower ,Chillers, Ac, Air Compressors, Cooling Towered & Dm Plant) As Per Agreed Time Line.
Project Monitoring & Coordination With Vendors.
Budget Preparation For Capex, Power, Water And Maintenance Expenses Including Maintenance Contracts And Spare Parts.
Tracking Of Cpaex Expenditure, Spares Expenses On Monthly Basis And Ensure The Spend To Be Within Budget.
Preparation Of Project Applications, Costing Sheets For Capex, Support For Capex Procurement.
Preparation Of Monthly Reports And Mis For Maintenance Department.
Spare Parts Management & Indigestion Of Machine Spare Parts.
Ensuring Minimum Breakdowns Of Plant Machinery As Per Set Target In Kpi
Ensuring Mtbf And Mttr For Machines As Per Set Target In Kpi.
Ensure Power, Water And Diesel Consumption As Per Targets In Environmental Kpi
Ensuring Preventive Maintenance And Predictive Maintenance Activities Are Carried On Regular Basis & As Per Schedule.
To Drive Projects In Maintenance Department To Reduce Power Cost ,Maintenance Expenses, Improvement In Machine Oee.
Implementation Of Improvement Majors Based On Root Cause Analysis.
Tracking And Monitoring Of Cost Saving Activities On Monthly Basis.
Implementation Of Tpm On Production Machines And Support To Kps Implementation In The Plant.
Framing Out Document For Maintenance Mis, Tpm Checklists, Preventive Checklists.
To Ensure That Man, Machine & Plant Safety Procedures Are Followed & Adhered To Without Fail.
To Keep Regular Track Of Energy Consumption & Conducting Audits To Maintain The Cost Power Cost.
To Initiate Power Saving Projects To Reduce The Power Cost.
Maintaining Iso 9001 Documents
