Assistant Manager

Position Summary

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate posting and booking of operations and transactions within the Accounting systems. This involves adhering to group internal and regulatory requirements, including local and IFRS GAAP, tax, and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Postings and Booking:
  
• Record operations and transactions in the Accounting Systems in compliance with group internal and regulatory requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure transactions from Feeder Systems are accurately recorded in the Accounting Systems by investigating and resolving any issues.
• Clear open item transactions in Balance Sheet Accounts.
• Justify and document all open items resulting in open balances.
• Perform and document bank reconciliations.
• Review accounting journals to finalize monthly results and identify discrepancies.
• Support external audits and address related findings.
