Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Manage the documentation and reporting of quality KPIs, performance metrics, and audit findings. Lead and mentor quality assurance teams to foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during quality inspections and assessments. Participate in risk assessment and root cause analysis activities to prevent quality incidents and non-conformities. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to enhance the organization's quality management processes.
