Job Description

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai.

Qualification- Chartered Accountant

Experience- 7+ years

  • To Assist & Prepare Consolidate accounts based on accounting standard, IND AS on Quarterly & Annual Basis
  • To Assist and Prepare and finalize Statutory Accounts for audit, as well as Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual Management accounts
  • To assist in Accounting, Taxation & Audit Controlling function by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Finalisation of Accounts, Timely preparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual Accounts.
  • Identify & help in resolving the potential accounting problems.
  • Ensure monthly reconciliation of accounts of all locations prior to consolidating the same for the company's monthly trial balance and P & L account.
  • Provide corrective, preventive and disposition actions for the audit reports raised by Internal Audit and Statutory functions.
  • Monitor the Accounting activities on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all Books of Accounts.
  • Liaoning with various units for collecting/passing information and guiding them in booking of revenue/assets in their books.
  • Ensuring adequate controls and processes of accounts function to meet board requirements.
  • Ensure Statutory and ROC compliances.
  • Finalization of audit and Reconciliation of debtors.
  • Liaison with Statutory, Internal auditors and cost Auditor. Handling the internal audit of the companies including setting up of internal audit systems as well as monitoring of the implementation of the systems.
  • Providing feedback to the top management with regular internal audit reports.
  • Learn tax and accounting standards of foreign entities and maintain books of accounts and tax compliance.
  • To ensure setting up of internal control procedures and meeting all audit requirements.
  • Working knowledge of GST and Direct taxes related to compliance and effects on the accounting entries
  • MSME Accounting and Monitoring

Other Skills

  • Knowledge of Various Accounting software like SAP/SAP B1/ Odoo / Zoho
  • Advance knowledge on consolidation and IND AS, various Accounting standard
  • Excellent Excel skills on computing and consolidation of Data from various division and location.
