Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

As an Assistant Manager in Accounts & Finance at Miracle Group of Companies in Kolkata, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - You should have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry. - Your expertise in taxation (GST, TDS), accounting principles, and internal audit procedures is essential. - Proficiency in maintaining accurate books of accounts using software like Tally and Excel is required. - Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports is expected. - A thorough understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and statutory return filings is necessary. - You should be able to lead and guide a small accounts team, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy. - Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting is a key requirement. - High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities. - A bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance is required; professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance) is an added advantage. - Male candidates from Rajasthan are preferred and must be open to relocation/travel as required.
