Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Purpose of the Role

Account responsibilities include auditing all financial documents and procedures, Bill

Booking, bank reconciliation, debtors – creditors and their reconciliation, calculation tax

payment and return.

Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory compliance in Time

a. Audited Balance sheet in time - all aspects

b. All taxes Payment – GST, PF, PT, ESIC,TDS etc.

c. No Interest and penalty in all statutory payment and return

d. Renewal of all legal documents and certificates – i.e. Insurance Policy

e. Update in statutory notification or circular

2. Effective fund Management

a. Sundry Debtors Recovery in time

b. Government dues recovery in time i.e.MEIS, Drawback and DIC

3. Development – Accounts and Finance Team

a. Identify role and responsibilities and target - each employee

b. Training to all employees

c. Multi skilling

4. Profitability

a. Analysis of monthly profit and Loss accounts

b. One Page Report Analysis - P & L and B/S

c. Analysis of ratio

d. Inventory and Purchase Control

e. Budgetary control

5. Personal development

a. Time management

b. Effective communication

c. Build up relationship

6. HR and Administration

a. Employees attendance and Leave Records

b. Pay Roll Processing

c. Maintain Personal records of employees

d. Liaising with local bodies

4. Qualification & Education

Education B.com/M.com CA Inter MBA – finance

Experience Minimum of 4-5 years in supervisory level in

manufacturing based organisation.

Preferred Industry Manufacturing Industry
