Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

Skills and attributes Lead and manage complex programmes , specifically focused on customer journey enhancements in mobile banking . Take a hands-on approach to project management , diving into details as necessary to unblock and drive projects according to established plans . Engage and lead conversations with senior stakeholders , including Managing Directors , to ensure alignment and support for project objectives . Anticipate potential risks and blockers , proactively addressing issues and escalating them as needed to ensure project success . Apply agile methodologies , particularly Scrum and preferably SAFe , to deliver projects effectively. Oversee the delivery of projects in one or more of the following areas Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication . Maintain a strong sense of accountability for the delivery of multiple capabilities within the Strategic Value Stream (SVS) . Simplify complex issues and communicate effectively at the appropriate level for senior stakeholders . Demonstrate excellent time management skills , with a willingness to stretch and adapt to changing priorities . Rapidly scale operations without the need for extensive familiarization periods . Exhibit resilience and the ability to recover quickly from challenging situations , maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders . Lead the product development lifecycle for Payments and Transaction Banking features on the customer mobile app .
To qualify for the role you must have Qualification CA/MBA Experience 7-14 years of relevant experience in Cards, Payments, Accounts Servicing, or Security domainsWhat we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
