Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, leadership hires, in fast growing manufacturing organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Lead a team of recruiters to achieve targets and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
Create MIS reports to track progress, identify trends, and optimize the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

* 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Manufacturing/Building material industry/Construction equipment industry

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with recruitment software or ATS preferred.

* Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results and client satisfaction.
