Job Summary:

Front Desk Executive & HR Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Executive Duties:

  • Visitor Reception:

    Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure all visitors are signed in, provided with appropriate badges, and directed to the right departments or meeting rooms.
  • Phone Management:

    Handle incoming calls, transfer them to the relevant departments or personnel, and take messages when necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling:

    Coordinate and manage appointments, meeting schedules, and room bookings for staff and visitors.
  • Administrative Support:

    Perform clerical tasks such as filing, maintaining office supplies, managing mail, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Mail and Deliveries:

    Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as send outgoing correspondence as required.
  • Security Management:

    Monitor visitor access and maintain visitor logs. Ensure that security procedures are followed and the workplace remains safe.
