Job description: Job Title: Talent Acquisition ( Sr. Executive & Executive) Location: Bhosari,Pune Job Summary: Talent Acquisition shall be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and on boarding. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to define job requirements, selection criteria, and staffing needs. Source Candidates: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Screen Applications: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Conduct Interviews: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing job offers. Maintain ATS: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring status. Employer Branding: Promote the organization's culture and values through job postings, social media, and recruitment events. On-boarding Support: Assist in the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Required Qualification and Experience: MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Min 5 years of experience talent acquisition and preferably within technical and sales hiring. Proven track record of doing bulk hiring in junior to senior roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and maintain a streamlined hiring process. Office timings : Monday to Saturday ( 9.30 am to 6.30 pm) Office location : Bhosari, Pune.
