Employer Branding: Promote the organization's culture and values through job postings, social media, and recruitment events. On-boarding Support: Assist in the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Required Qualification and Experience: MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Min 5 years of experience talent acquisition and preferably within technical and sales hiring. Proven track record of doing bulk hiring in junior to senior roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and maintain a streamlined hiring process.
