Job Description

  • Manage

    end-to-end payroll processing

    for teaching and non-teaching staff across all school branches.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of

    attendance, leave data, salary, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, advances, etc.).

  • Maintain and update

    employee master data

    in HRMS / payroll software.
  • Coordinate with school HR representatives for monthly attendance, new joiners, and exit details.
  • Handle

    statutory compliance

    related to PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit

    statutory returns and challans

    within prescribed timelines.
  • Manage full & final settlements, annual increments, and pay structure revisions.
  • Generate and analyze

    monthly MIS reports

    including CTC statements, salary summaries, and cost analysis.
  • Respond to employee payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Audit, and HR teams for verification and approval of payroll data.
