About the Role

Assistant HR Manager (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary

    HR Business Partner

    for assigned teams, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Drive recruitment and selection for mid-level roles in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and career development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Handle grievance redressal and employee queries with empathy, fairness, and professionalism.
  • Contribute to HR projects including policy updates, performance management system improvements, and process standardization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2–6 years of proven experience in

    HRBP, employee relations, or generalist HR roles

    .
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trust across levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
