Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new hires

Performance Management

Coordinate performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers and employees
Support the implementation of KPIs, OKRs, and individual development plans
Analyze performance data and recommend improvement initiatives

HR Operations & Compliance

Supervise day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HRIS updates, and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Support audits, policy implementation, and HR reporting activities

HR Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and present HR reports related to headcount, attrition, hiring, and engagement metrics
Use data insights to improve HR decision-making and process efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Masters in HR
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRM)
Experience in a fast-paced industry such as IT, manufacturing, services, or startups
Exposure to payroll systems, employee wellness programs, or global HR practices
