Role & responsibilities

  • Should have experience in Payroll Processing through HRMS software, handling minimum 500+ manpower.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Employee Dashboards with multiple data.
  • Should have knowledge of Statutory Compliances incl EPF, ESI, and LWF.
  • Experience in handling Group Medical Coverage, Group Personal Accident, and Workmen Compensation Policies.
  • Experience in managing Employee Life Cycle (Onboarding to Offboarding).
  • Ability to prepare and analyze MIS Reports related to HR Operations.
  • Should have experience in managing Performance Management System (PMS) process.
  • Maintain accurate Employee Master Data in HRMS software.
  • Experience in handling Contractor Manpower Costing including bill verification.
  • Knowledge of Full & Final Settlements process.
  • Understanding of Employee TDS calculation
