Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior positions, including leadership hiring and executive hiring. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates. Lead a team of recruiters to achieve targets and improve processes continuously. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards during the entire recruitment cycle. Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership and critical roles. Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Build a strong employer brand and enhance candidate experience. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners. Use data and metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality
