The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales targets, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. This is a leadership role aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise real estate sales, business development, and operational teams. Strategize and implement plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage project timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and legal compliances. Drive site visits, client interactions, and closing deals with HNI clients and investors. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance departments to streamline customer journeys. Assist General Manager/Management in reporting, decision-making, and new project launches. Ensure all documentation, RERA compliance, and post-sale processes are adhered to. Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities. Handle team recruitment, performance evaluation, and training. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry (Residential/Commercial). Proven track record in team management, target achievement, and client relations. Strong understanding of real estate sales, legal documentation, and project execution. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and real estate ERP systems.
