Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure service excellence across outlets.
• Work closely with the General Manager and departmental heads for efficient hotel operations.
• Drive guest satisfaction, manage cost control, and ensure profitability.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with statutory norms.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and F&B team to deliver consistent service.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and performance improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• Currently working as 

  Operations Manager

   or 

  Food & Beverage Manager

   with a reputed hotel chain.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations with a focus on F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in 

  Kannada

   and 

  Tulu

   will be a strong advantage.
• Passionate about guest experience and hospitality innovation.
