As we expand our footprint in Mumbai, we are seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager to drive our B2C sales operations and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and grow our B2C client base in the Mumbai region.
• Build, lead, and mentor a dynamic sales team of 20+ professionals, ensuring consistent performance and development.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, customer segments, and emerging market trends.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by understanding individual requirements and delivering customized interior solutions.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to craft compelling pitches and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor sales KPIs, generate regular performance reports, and optimize sales strategies based on data insights.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to maintain a strategic advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams (20+ members).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office suite.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in Marathi is essential.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.
