1. Define and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on ROI and lead quality.
2. Lead the digital strategy, performance marketing, vendor management, and oversee digital assets maintenance and updates with the Manager – Digital Marketing.
3. Strategizing creative development and content planning with the Manager – Creative Design and the external agency
4. Oversee marketing MIS, reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics in coordination with the Assistant Manager – MIS, and realign campaigns based on insights derived from the analysis.
5. Manage site operations, site hygiene, and vendor payments in coordination with the Sr. Manager – Site Admin.
6. Optimize marketing budgets across channels and ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Align marketing goals with business KPIs such as CPL, CPSV, and CPB.
8. Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Admin, and external vendors for smooth execution of campaigns
• MBA in Marketing or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in real estate industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, campaign ROI, and team leadership
