Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads
  
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  
• Optimize campaigns to achieve better CPL and ROI
  
• Work closely with the sales and content teams to align marketing efforts
  
• Track and manage monthly marketing budgets up to 1 crore
  
• Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights
  
• Keep up with digital marketing and real estate trends
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  
• At least 5 years of experience managing real estate campaigns
  
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  
• Expertise in lead funnels, conversion strategies, and performance optimization
  
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns
  
• Good communication and team leadership skills
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
