Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager - Marketing located in Hyderabad. The Assistant General Manager - Marketing will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing the marketing team, and coordinating sales activities. The role requires a proactive approach to enhance and maintain the brand’s market presence.

• Marketing Management and Market Planning skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales
• Team Management skills
• Experience developing marketing campaigns, product positioning.
• Experience in performance marketing, Digital Marketing
• Experience in Brand Management.
• Experience developing Go to Market strategies.
• Experience developing and executing ATL, OOH strategies.
• Experience measuring ROI, Reporting and Budget Management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
