  • Identification of the Market Size

    : Identification of the market size of the assigned product line in different business territories dynamically as a continual process


  • Derivation of the Market Share

    : Evaluation of the current market share of the assigned product line for each of our potential business territories (Where we are )


  • Market Research

    : Identification of the business opportunities
  • On line surfing (Various industrial product portals/Websites of the competitors etc)
  • Through various industry/association reports
  • Active information gathering from front end sales team
  • Through visiting industrial exhibitions/business summits/seminars
  • Through industrial directories/magazines
  • If required paid market research through the competent agencies


  • Competition Analysis

  • Gap Analysis

    : Preparation of report to the concerned depts. and management with suggestions for the scope of improvements


  • Formulation of the business enhancement strategies

  • Identification of the bulk buyers/Corporate customers

  • Application/Solution specific product selling (e.g. exploration of differential case customers for ATM Series)

Qualification

Graduate - B.E. Mechanical/Electrical (Degree/Diploma) Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred.


Experience

  • Minimum 18

    + Years

    . Proven experience with track record of Business Development in CNC Machines Manufacturing or similar Machine Tools Industry.


To be successful you should have the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance BD team to maximize revenue and meet /exceed set goals. Develop strategic sales plans to increase market share, Build strong relationships and manage profitability.
