Assistant General Manager Business Development

As a Market Research Analyst, your role involves identifying the market size and market share of the assigned product line in various business territories. You will continuously evaluate the current market share and identify business opportunities through online research, industry reports, and information gathered from the sales team. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting online surfing on various industrial product portals, websites of competitors, and industry/association reports - Actively gathering information from front-end sales team, industrial exhibitions, business summits, seminars, directories, and magazines - Performing competition analysis by listing products from competitors and benchmarking technically and commercially - Preparing a Gap Analysis report with improvement suggestions for management - Formulating business enhancement strategies, including product positioning, tricky product propositions, identifying bulk buyers, and specific product selling solutions - Implementing dynamic pricing strategies, periodical schemes/offers, and value additions through communication with internal teams - Providing continual assistance to the sales team by pitching products, preparing presentations, teasers, videos, and sharing customer references and testimonials - Maintaining an application library, sharing project details, leads, and bridging the gap for better sales penetration - Conducting dynamic reviews of product sales with the front-end sales team Qualifications: - Graduate in B.E. Mechanical/Electrical (Degree/Diploma), with a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred Experience: - Minimum 18+ years of proven Business Development experience in CNC Machines Manufacturing or similar Machine Tools Industry To be successful in this role, you should be able to lead and motivate a high-performance BD team, develop strategic sales plans, build strong relationships, and manage profitability to maximize revenue and exceed set goals.,
