Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Financial Controller based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting the financial operations by preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and performing accounting tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting with audits. Qualifications Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting, stakeholder management Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance Proficiency in Accounting practices and procedures Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous Show more Show less
