Assistant Financial Controller

You will be responsible for leading the financial reporting and compliance functions as a Corporate Reporting & Consolidation expert. As a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders. Your role will involve overseeing the preparation of financial statements, monitoring financial data for trends and variances, and providing expertise in GST and income tax matters. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly group-level MIS reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, facilitating corporate governance, and managing stakeholder communication. You will also focus on process improvement, risk management, and implementing best practices in financial reporting and data management. Your key responsibilities will include preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reports, and analyzing financial data for improvement opportunities. You will need to stay updated on financial regulations, ensure statutory filings compliance, and work closely with legal and compliance teams. Facilitating compliance with governance codes, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and communicating financial results to senior management and stakeholders will also be part of your role.
