Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Rooms located in Bengaluru. The Director of Rooms will be responsible for overseeing guest satisfaction, managing reservations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and handling budgeting and laundry operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of service for all guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience with Reservations management
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Operations knowledge of Laundry services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
