Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Chief Engineer will assist in overseeing the maintenance and operation of all building systems and equipment. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining records of repairs and maintenance. The role requires proactive problem-solving and effective management of the engineering team to ensure the hotel's systems run efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical) Mechanical and Electrical Engineering skills Experience in building systems and equipment maintenance Supervisory and team management skills Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors Excellent communication and organizational skills Relevant certifications or degrees in engineering or related fields Experience in the hospitality industry is a must Show more Show less
