Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer at The Den, Bengaluru. The Assistant Chief Engineer will manage daily engineering operations, oversee the maintenance of the building systems, and ensure efficient functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems. Responsibilities include supervising engineering staff, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support guest services and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems
• Skills in maintenance management and troubleshooting
• Experience with team management and supervision
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
