Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10-18 years of experience to lead our rooms team at JW Marriott, one of the leading hotels in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the hotel's room department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is necessary.
A graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
