About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and come from the Beverages industry; candidates from FMCG backgrounds will also be considered.

This role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and working knowledge of industry-specific financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance Manager in overseeing day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.)
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants as required
• Review internal controls and suggest improvements to enhance financial governance
• Monitor cash flows, working capital, and cost management
• Prepare MIS reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial data and trends to support business planning

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Commerce/Finance; CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in core finance functions
• Industry Background: Beverages industry strongly preferred; FMCG experience is acceptable
• Strong command of financial reporting, analysis, and accounting standards
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
