Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all relevant pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prescription orders, patient information, and inventory transactions. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Provide insights and recommendations on drug interactions, contraindications, and alternative therapies. Quality Assurance: Implement and adhere to quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and safety of pharmaceutical products. Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new drugs, treatments, and industry developments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.
