Position Overview-

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedboiler and Boiler facility manager to oversee the O&M of Boiler, hot watergenerator and Burner at TOESL O&M site. He will be responsible for ensuringefficient and safe operation of Boiler, Hot water generator adhering tostandards and implementing effective maintenance program. Implementingeffective maintenance program. Expertise will contribute to the smoothfunctioning of operation, ensuring smooth supply of steam to meet processdemand.

Operation Management-

  • Oversee the daily operation of Hot water generator, ensuringtheir efficient and reliable performance.
  • Monitor equipment performance, identifying and addressingany operational issues or inefficiencies promptly.
  • Manage fuel supply, ensuring an adequate inventory andcoordinating deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure operational procedures, guideline and protocol tooptimize system performance.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and implement fuel savinginitiative to improve overall efficiency of plant.

Maintenance-

  • Execute comprehensive maintenance program for boilerincluding preventive maintenance, scheduled inspection.
  • Coordinate with external vendor, contractors and supplierfor maintenance, repair and spares replacement as required.
  • Conduct regular inspection of equipment to identifypotential issues and address them proactively
  • Maintain record of maintenance activities, logbook, workorder and equipment service history
  • Ensure compliances with safety standards and regulation,conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective measures.

Staff management and Training-

  • Supervise a team of technician responsible for the operationand maintenance of boiler and allied equipment’s.
  • Provide guidance, training and support to team, ensuringthey have necessary skill and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate work schedule, assigning tasks based onworkload and priorities.

Statutory and Regulatory compliances-

  • Ensure compliances of safety permit and safetyprotocol.
  • Ensure safety practices and completion safety audit pointwithin deadline.
  • Implement EHS guideline and conduct various activities asper corporate guideline.
  • Implementing TBT, BBS practices at site and ensurecompliance as per customer guideline

Resource Management-

  • Identify cost saving opportunities without compromisingsafety and system integrity.
  • Maintain sufficient spare, consumable, fuel inventory forsmooth operation of site.
  • Mange all expenses within budget.

Qualification and Skill

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in boilers, Hot water generator and Burner
  • Strong knowledge of boilers, Hot water generator, burner andBoiler operation and maintenance activities.
  • Experience in managing a team and coordinating maintenanceactivities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize taskeffectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP, ORACLE, MS -Office
