Nature & Nurture Healthcare Private Limited is a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence in [www.natureandnurture.in]. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Coordinator will work closely with senior management to oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, assist with procurement, ensure timely production delivery, and coordinate internal and external meetings. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, and will involve occasional travel as required for meetings, site visits, and production oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Management:
  • Assist in planning and executing daily operational activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and goals are met.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
  • Client Management:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure timely communication and satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide updates on project progress.
  • Production Management:
  • Track production schedules and ensure deliverables are met within timelines.
  • Liaise with the production team to resolve issues and maintain quality control.
  • Conduct on-site visits as needed to oversee production.
  • Procurement Management:
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track inventory and manage purchase orders and approvals.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers.
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Be available for travel to attend client meetings, site visits, or vendor interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, client management, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to travel as part of job duties.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Knowledge of procurement and inventory systems
  • Background in Ayurveda, Food Suppliments, Pharma
