Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a marketing all-rounder, someone who can plan and execute high-impact campaigns, own our social media presence, and craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience. This is a senior role where you will shape the brand voice, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Communication Strategy

  • Define and oversee overall content requirements across channels – push notifications, emailers, banners, landing pages, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, social media, video scripts, and broadcasts.
  • Lead the content team in writing, editing, and proof-reading to ensure timely delivery and high-quality communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CTRs, engagement, and conversions through data-backed communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation, messaging frameworks, and brand voice consistency.

Stakeholder & Alliance Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders (alliances, partnerships, and restaurant onboarding teams) to ensure timely execution of promotions.
  • Coordinate with alliances to plan, approve, and deliver campaigns as per agreed timelines and brand requirements.
  • Ensure all paid promotions and restaurant deliverables (visibility, offers, creative collaterals, content amplification) are executed without delays.
  • Align content and promotional strategies with alliance commitments and partner expectations.

Social Media & Community Building

  • Manage brand presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging channels).
  • Drive followership growth, engagement metrics, and ROI from community building in line with company objectives.
  • Implement innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of copywriters, social media managers, and campaign executives.
  • Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration between content, design, alliances, and performance marketing teams.
  • Foster a data-driven and creative-first culture within the team.

Who You Are

• 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, social media leadership, and professional copywriting (agency or brand side).

• Strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns, social media growth, and compelling copy.

• Hands-on experience with marketing and social media tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).

• Analytical yet creative mindset—able to turn insights into compelling campaigns.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to performance marketing, growth marketing, or employer branding.

• Knowledge of SEO-driven content strategy.

• Ability to create innovative campaigns that go beyond the ordinary.

Why Join Us

• Lead and shape campaigns that make an impact.

• Own the brand voice and social media strategy end-to-end.

• Collaborate in a creative, growth-oriented, and supportive environment.

• Competitive compensation and perks for top performers.
