What you will be doing:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of regional markets and consumers, Leading the communication plan- When/where/What/how for the Brand
- Understanding & execution of the brand campaigns through understanding of the media landscape in context of TG
- Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for delivery of projects
- Lead all social-first demand generation efforts, with a strong focus on building and scaling community engagement models
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and influencer agencies to unlock innovative ideas and platforms to fuel brand growth
- Build and execute a performance-focused content strategy that drives measurable impact across all consumer touchpoints
- Driving cross-functional teams for network delivery, including but not limited to price changes, new SKU launches, product improvements, etc. (Cross-functional = SC, Finance, R&D, and Sales)
- Analyse internal and external data to identify issues/opportunities and actions upon them
- Operational excellence to ensure Knorr product availability across channels by analysing supply gaps and finding timely solutions
- Manage end-to-end asset creation (TV, Print, POSM & Digital) & project management processes
What you need to be great in this role:
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Prior experience with social-first DG, content, or influencer marketing
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team to deliver projects, with excellence in network management.
- Strong Project Management skills, a bias for action and ownership
- Core aspects underpinning all skills: Rigor, Analytical Thinking, Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
