Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistance Branch Manager -Educational Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth at our company. The Branch Manager -Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Individuals having experience in educational industry especially in sales preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.

2. Lead Sales Team:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Identify and develop high-potential sales talent, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.

4. Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales operations’ function, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Develop and maintain sales processes, procedures, and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

6. Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, including upselling, cross selling, and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, such as online training programs or corporate partnerships.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales reports to the Management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales processes, and improve sales productivity.

8. Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential impacts on sales strategies and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to anticipate shifts in customer demands and adapt sales tactics accordingly.

9. Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Participate in the development of the company's long-term strategic plan, providing insights and recommendations based on sales data and market conditions.

10. Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain best practices in sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
  • Foster an environment that encourages constructive feedback and continuous improvement in the sales process.

11. Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage the sales department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Evaluate the return on investment for sales initiatives and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.

12. Customer Feedback Loop:

  • Create mechanisms for gathering and analysing customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Use customer insights to improve product offerings and service delivery.

13. Networking:

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote the brand and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Establish a network of industry contacts to stay connected and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager Educational-Sales or in a similar leadership role in sales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in sales and CRM software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
