Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of assigned area (Ahmedabad & Gujarat) to achieve targets set by the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, contractors, PMCs, and residential builders in Ahmedabad region.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-8 years of experience in building material sales or related field.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing solutions, epoxy systems for flooring applications.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
