Job Description

Job Role:Responsible for supervising and executing assembly operations, improving processes, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve daily production targets. Key Responsibilities:Plan and manage assembly line activities Execute assembly of mechanical/electrical components as per drawings Monitor daily production and ensure smooth workflow Identify process issues and implement process improvements Work with design/engineering teams for product modifications Ensure correct usage of tools, jigs, and fixtures Conduct quality checks during and after assembly Train operators and technicians on assembly procedures Maintain assembly documentation, reports, and production data Ensure safety standards and 5S practices on the shop floor Required Skills:Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment Ability to read engineering drawings (2D/3D) Good understanding of manufacturing flow Basic troubleshooting of mechanical components Leadership and team coordination skills Good communication and reporting ability Qualification & Experience:Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
