Job Overview: We are seeking a highly innovative and passionate AI expert who can seamlessly integrate marketing expertise with advanced AI knowledge to develop high-impact campaigns, automate processes, and create compelling AI-driven content (including images, videos, and copy). The ideal candidate will be a skilled prompt engineer, proficient in AI model fine-tuning, and have hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools such as MidJourney, RunwayML, ChatGPT, DALL·E, and other generative AI platforms. This role goes beyond content creation—you will be responsible for a 360-degree AI implementation across marketing and business processes, leveraging AI to drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable results. Key Responsibilities: AI-Powered Content Creation: Generate high-quality AI visuals, videos, and dynamic marketing assets using tools like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, and others. Optimize AI-generated content for brand consistency, engagement, and performance. Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine AI prompts for text, image, and video generation to ensure high-quality outputs. Build and maintain a repository of high-performing prompts for various marketing applications. AI-Driven Campaign Strategy & Automation: Utilize AI tools to automate and optimize marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid ads. Implement AI-based A/B testing for creatives, copy, and campaign strategies. Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-generated content using key metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.). Fine-tune AI models based on data insights to enhance effectiveness. Innovation & Trend Adoption: Stay ahead of the latest advancements in AI (LLMs, multimodal AI, agentic workflows) and integrate them into marketing and business strategies. Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and train teams on best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, performance, and content teams to implement AI-driven solutions. Serve as the in-house AI expert, providing guidance on AI applications and troubleshooting challenges. Qualifications: Proven experience in AI-driven marketing, prompt engineering, and generative AI tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from AI-generated data.
