Artificial Intelligence Specialist

About the Role:

AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and scope AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems.
• Develop and deploy POCs using Python, OpenAI/Gemini APIs, LangChain, or similar.
• Build and fine-tune models using

  Google Vertex AI

  , AutoML, and custom training pipelines.
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI tools into internal tools and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams to scale AI solutions.
• Educate cross-functional teams on prompt engineering, ethical AI, and responsible usage.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, including model tuning, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AI/ML, data science, or applied AI consulting.
• Strong Python development skills with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and generative AI applications.
• Deep understanding of

  Google Cloud’s Vertex AI

  , including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools like BigQuery ML, LangChain, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML models, and containerization (Docker, K8s).
• Exposure to cloud ecosystems such as

  GCP (preferred)

  , AWS, or Azure.
• Background in AI use cases across healthcare, finance, or retail sectors.
• Prior experience in AI-led digital transformation or consulting roles.
