Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Jewellery Brand Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 (based on experience) Location: Surat Job Responsibilities: Oversee sales operations for assigned region and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage retail store performance and support store teams to improve sales and customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key clients. Analyse regional market trends and competitor activities to strategies sales plans. Conduct regular store visits to monitor product display, VM standards, stock levels, and staff performance. Train, motivate and guide sales staff to ensure excellent product knowledge and upselling skills. Coordinate with marketing teams for BTL activities, events, promotions, and exhibitions. Drive new store openings, expansion plans, and area-level business development strategies. Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports with management. Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth operations across all stores in the region. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related field. 4–7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery, luxury, or retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical ability. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
