Core Responsibilities: Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales target by appointing new distributors/Channel partners for retail market and industrial market segment and if required do the direct sale so key accounts in the assigned states/ territories for our The Mask Lab Products. Key Responsibilities 1. Key accounts handling- Relationship building with existing key accounts users / buyers and develop new key accounts based on potential. Increase the sales of existing products and promote new products for cross selling. Monitor competition activities and find counter solution. Promotional activities like sampling/ seminars/ on-site trainings etc. 2. Channel Development and management: Managing existing distributors and develop/ appoint new distributors/wholesalers based on market potential in his region/ Industrial Hubs. Retail stores visits and doing promotion/POP material and making sure that company products are visible and sold on the retail counters. Primary and secondary sales management for each distributor. Payment collection from Industrial customers and distributors.
