Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales target by appointing new distributors/Channel partners for retail market and industrial market segment and if required do the direct sale so key accounts in the assigned states/ territories for our The Mask Lab Products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key accounts handling-

  • Relationship building with existing key accounts users / buyers and develop new key accounts based on potential. Increase the sales of existing products and promote new products for cross selling.

  • Monitor competition activities and find counter solution.

  • Promotional activities like sampling/ seminars/ on-site trainings etc.

2. Channel Development and management:

  • Managing existing distributors and develop/ appoint new distributors/wholesalers based on market potential in his region/ Industrial Hubs.

  • Retail stores visits and doing promotion/POP material and making sure that company products are visible and sold on the retail counters.

  • Primary and secondary sales management for each distributor.

  • Payment collection from Industrial customers and distributors.
