Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Segment: Construction Chemicals Waterproofing & Tile Adhesive
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Construction Chemicals division, specifically Waterproofing and Tile Adhesive products in the Ahmedabad region.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for waterproofing and tile adhesive products
Manage distributor and dealer networks; appoint new channel partners as required
Conduct site visits, contractor meets, and product demonstrations
Build strong relationships with architects, builders, applicators, and project sites
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback
Ensure proper product training to channel partners and field team
Handle primary & secondary sales, billing, and collection processes
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility

Required Skills & Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing, adhesives, or building material industry
Strong network in the local market (dealers/contractors/applicators)
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to achieve targets and manage field operations independently
Must be willing to travel within assigned territory
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/ Diploma in Civil/ Any Graduate (MBA preferred)
