Counter Sales Executive

Job Opening: Sales Executive – Jewellery Brand Location: Varanasi & Mughalsarai Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our reputed jewellery brand. The role involves assisting customers at the showroom, showcasing jewellery collections, and delivering an exceptional buying experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers at the showroom with professionalism. Present and explain jewellery collections (gold, diamonds, gemstones) with detailed product knowledge. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs. Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Manage billing, POS transactions, and cash handling with accuracy. Support stock and inventory management. Maintain grooming standards, showroom display, and hygiene. Contribute to promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Desired Candidate Profile: 1–3 years’ experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills. Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery. Customer-focused with a passion for sales. Well-groomed and presentable.
