Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Sales Executive for our premium lighting showroom. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling ability, and the capacity to deliver a high-quality showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting products.
• Manage counter sales, handle product queries, and support the billing process.
• Ensure proper product display, showroom hygiene, and brand presentation.
• Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and finalize them with the customer.
• Handle sales negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from sales order creation, coordinating purchase orders, tracking delivery, and following up until the final payment is completed.
• Maintain customer records, follow up for repeat business, and support overall sales growth.
• Coordinate with the store and backend sales team regarding stock, orders, and customer needs.
• Deliver a premium, service-oriented customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in showroom sales or customer handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries calmly and professionally.
• Confident, presentable, and service-oriented attitude.

Knowledge of lighting or electrical products (preferred but not mandatory).

Location: Telibandha, Raipur
Job Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Monday-Saturday
Salary: Based on experience.
