Job Title: Showroom Manager – Diamond Jewellery Store Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our premium Diamond Jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, sales acumen, and an in-depth understanding of jewellery retail operations. We are specifically looking for someone who is committed to building a long-term career with us and growing together with the brand. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Ensure excellence in customer service with a personalized, luxury experience. Maintain showroom standards, product displays, and overall ambience. Manage inventory, stock control, and coordinate with backend teams. Handle VIP customer interactions, queries, and escalations. Train, mentor, and retain sales executives to build a strong team. Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure operational compliance. Strengthen customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. Execute showroom-level marketing and promotional activities. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail (diamond jewellery preferred). Proven track record of managing a high-value retail showroom. Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management. Knowledge of diamonds (4Cs), gemstones, and luxury retail standards. Proficiency in billing/invoicing & retail management software.
