Job Title: Jewelry Retail Business Development Manager Job Summary: We're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our jewellery retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and implementing initiatives to increase sales and brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new retail opportunities, create and execute retail development strategies, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions. Sales Growth: Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase profitability. Project Management: Oversee initiatives related to new products, marketing strategies, and client onboarding. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve business objectives. Product Knowledge: - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewellery products, including designs, materials, and craftsmanship. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging jewellery styles. - Provide product insights and recommendations to sales teams and customers. BTL Activities: - Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities such as events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and budgeting. - Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Exhibition Management: - Organize and manage jewellery exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and build brand awareness. - Coordinate with exhibition organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. - Develop and manage exhibition budgets, and track ROI. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in retail development, business development, or a similar role, with experience in organizing BTL activities and exhibitions. Skills: - Market Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams. - Event Management: Experience in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and activations. - Product Knowledge: Familiarity with jewellery products and industry trends. - Technical: Proficiency in CRM software, Excel, and market research tools.
