```html About the Company To drive sales volume and revenue growth profitably by leveraging market opportunities, coaching the frontline team, and managing DBRs (Distributors and Business Representatives) effectively. Responsibilities Sales Volume: Achieve sales volume targets by developing the market in the assigned territory in line with the Annual Operating Plan. Expand the retail footprint by adding new outlets contributing to annual volume and value targets. Market Execution: Drive sales of FMO (Focus of the Month) products and increase the Unique SKU count per outlet. Ensure full product range availability. Improve cooler and rack productivity through strategic deployments and redeployments, following governance protocols. Collaborate with supply chain and planning teams to align stock availability with regional demand plans. Market Knowledge: Continuously monitor competitor activity and develop counterstrategies to protect and grow market share. Distributor Management: Ensure optimal stock levels at distributor points through regular monitoring. Conduct periodic market visits to identify and resolve distribution-related issues. Cost Control: Adhere to internal processes to ensure timely settlement of claims and eliminate pending issues with internal and external partners. Team Development: Understand business challenges and support team members in addressing them promptly. Train and mentor Customer Executives (CEs); coach the team to achieve business objectives. Identify high-potential talent, support their development, and track progress in weekly and monthly meetings. New Initiatives: Identify key business challenges and lead innovation or technology adoption to meet objectives. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Full-time MBA from a reputed management institute. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Experience in the beverages sector is an added advantage. Required Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and influence across organizational levels. Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from planning to closure. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge. Consistent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. General awareness of core business and operational concepts. Broad, working knowledge of sales practices applied in daily activities. Recognized functional expert with deep conceptual understanding. Subject matter expertise with demonstrated command of relevant business concepts.
