Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Patna. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the designated area, developing strategies to increase sales, building and maintaining relationships with agents, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in market research and analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
